AC & Heating Service in Chino Hills, CA
Chino Hills is where we do some of our largest residential work. The jobs we've documented here include full system replacements, a five-zone duct redesign, and a four-system inspection on a 6,800 sq ft home.
What we see in Chino Hills homes
Big homes, big systems
Most of our Chino Hills replacements are 5-ton systems, and several homes have two systems or more.
Zoning that doesn't work
One 2,400 sq ft home had a single 5-ton system split into five zones, and none of them were comfortable. We redesigned the ductwork and replaced the system.
Attics that fight back
One attic had so many cross-beams the equipment barely fit. The crew still finished a two-day job in one.
Electrical faults blamed on the AC
With a thermal camera we traced a "no cooling" call to an overheating breaker. On another job we replaced an outdoor unit after its wiring caught fire.
Air quality built in
Several installs here include whole-home air filtration alongside the new system.

Two systems replaced
Two complete systems replaced in Chino Hills. Both installed, commissioned and running normally.
AC installed 2 years ago — after a new electrical panel, the tenant said no cooling. The electrician blamed the AC. We pulled out thermal imaging and found the real issue immediately. No guessing, no assumptions.
2,400 sq ft home with a poorly designed 5-zone duct system — every zone was uncomfortable and couldn't cool down even after running all day. We redesigned the ductwork and installed a new AC system. The homeowner felt the difference immediately.
5-ton heating and cooling system replacement. No matter the season or weather, the system we install will keep your home comfortable year-round.

5-ton system through an attic full of beams
The attic had so many cross-beams that the equipment looked impossible to get in. The crew worked it through like a sliding puzzle and finished a job planned for two days in one. The install included an air purification system with a UV lamp and ionizer.
Outdoor unit wiring fire
The wiring at the outdoor unit's electrical box caught fire, and the fire department came out. The homeowner waited a week for us to replace it.
